Savanna’s Nature Session
“An ‘Ode to the Mother’ was the theme I had in mind when planning this shoot with Brooke and when I tell you we did it…WE DID IT. We danced, we laughed, we played and explored. It felt so comforting to work with such a talented, like-minded creative. The space we cultivated was one I will cherish for eternity, it is one that I feel flowing through my body to this day.
Brooke creates a space where I could move freely and without confines, she reminded me of who I am and why I am. “An ode to the mother, an ode to me, an ode to those who were not free!” We had the opportunity to do what our ancestors couldn’t even fathom, to move with such freedom and strength; I am humbled to say they would be proud.”
